
Advanced Apprenticeship
Overview
The Warehouse Advanced Apprenticeship is a level 3 qualification for
people with warehouse experience, knowledge and skills.
This qualification can be achieved within 12 - 18 months
dependant on the candidate’s ability and input, and also the co-operation
and assistance of the employer/placement provider.
How the Warehousing Advanced Apprenticeship
works
TThe complete Warehouse Advanced Apprenticeship Framework comprises
of 2 Mandatory level 3 NVQ Units, 7 selected Optional level 3 NVQ Units,
Working With Others Portfolio at level 3,
Improving Own Learning Portfolio at level 3,
Key Skills examinations in Application of Numbers at level 2,
Information Technology at level 2 and Communications at level 3
(each of 1 hour duration containing multiple-choice questions).
Passes in the three Key Skills examinations and completion
of the 2 Mandatory level 3 NVQ Units, 7 selected Optional level 3 NVQ
Units,
Working With Others Portfolio at level 3,
Improving Own Learning Portfolio at level 3, must be achieved in order
to qualify for the full Warehouse Advanced Apprenticeship Award.
