NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3

Overview - NVQ Retail Level 1
These courses are designed for all people in a Retail environment and are suitable for people at junior level through to senior management.

Retail NVQ level 1 is designed for people with basic retail sector knowledge and skills.

This qualification can be achieved within 6 - 12 months dependant on the candidate’s ability and input, and also the co-operation and assistance of the employer/placement provider.

Overview - NVQ Retail Level 2
The NVQ level 2 training programme comprises of 3 Mandatory Units and 5 optional Units.
All eight level 2 units must be achieved in order to qualify for the full NVQ level 2 Retail Award.

Overview - NVQ Retail Level 3
Retail NVQ level 3 is designed for people working at supervisory levels with a sound retail background and knowledge.

This qualification can be achieved within 8 - 12 months dependant on the candidate’s ability and input, and also the co-operation and assistance of the employer/placement provider.

The NVQ level 3 training programme helps to up-date existing skills and comprises of 2 Mandatory Units and 6 optional Units.
All eight level 3 Units must be achieved in order to qualify for the full NVQ level 3 Retail Award.
