Overview
- NVQ level 2 The Customer Service NVQ level 2 qualification is suitable for people that have achieved NVQ level 1, or, have some knowledge of a customer services working environment. This qualification can be achieved within 8 - 10 months dependant on the candidate’s ability and input, and also the co-operation and assistance of the employer/placement provider. The NVQ level 2 training programme comprises of 4 Mandatory level 2 NVQ Units and 1 selected Optional level 2 NVQ Unit. All five level 2 NVQ Units must be achieved in order to qualify for the full NVQ level 2 Customer Service Award.

- NVQ level 3 This qualification can be achieved within 10 -14 months dependant on the candidate’s ability and input, and also the co-operation and assistance of the employer/placement provider. The NVQ level 3 training programme helps to up-date existing skills and comprises of 5 Mandatory level 3 NVQ Units and 1 selected Optional level 3 NVQ Unit. All six level 3 NVQ Units must be achieved in order to qualify for the full NVQ level 3 Customer Service Award. Some candidates or employers do not always
need the full award; therefore, the candidate and employer may select
only 2 or 3 units from the course to meet their requirements. |
